Following the war, Thor was not very active on Earth. He had been summoned to assist the Olympians on a handful of occasions, such as when he helped defend Olympus from an invasion by creatures spawned from the mind of Professor Buffanoff. In 6956, Thor came to the assistance of the Olympians on three more occasions. The first came when Venus was trapped in the nation of Cassarobia , a prisoner of its ruling sultan.
Oli You might want to read up on your mythology again. Loki gave Wotan the spear, and gave Thor his hammer, not by choice mind you.

Eric had proven himself to be a hero in his own right, and Odin rewarded him with the enchanted mace Thunderstrike. Taking Thunderstrike as his alias, Eric continued to serve as a hero on Earth until he died heroically after battling the Egyptian death god Seth. Thor grieved for Eric, who had become a close friend on Midgard.

Black Uru Arm: After Malekith cut Thor's arm off, Odin had the Dwarves of Nidavellir forge a new arm for him. It was forged of Black Uru in the same furnaces where Mjolnir was forged, and took a thousand Dwarves to pound it into shape.

If you want a magical charm, the only ones I really recommend are the "Aegishjalmur" ("helm of awe"), or the "Vegvisir" (runic compass), which is a variant of the Aegishjalmur. These are very ancient charms and totally benign to the bearer. Algiz (Elhaz) is the primary rune in use in both, although there is a structural formula at work also. The Aegishjalmur's purpose is 'protection and irresistibility in battle'. I encourage you to read more about this charm on Brad Lucas' web page: Aegishjalmur , which explains what this charm is and how it is constructed. There are numerous variations of this charm. Here are pictures of tattoos using this symbol:
When the universe was restored, so was Odinson and the rest of its inhabitants with no memory of their temporary demise. Having returned to his status of unworthiness, Odinson journeyed to the realm of Asgard after learning from the Unseen, Nick Fury's secret new identity, about the sudden appearance of a Mjolnir from an alternate reality. When he reached his native realm, Odinson discovered the City of Asgard had vanished, having being captured by the Collector , who had become interested in this second Mjolnir.
After Thor had spent ten years in the role of Blake, Odin planted within Blake's mind the suggestion to take a vacation in Norway. There Blake encountered a party of alien Kronans , also known as the Stone Men from Saturn. Blake fled from the Kronans into a cavern, the very same one that had served as Thor's birthplace millennia ago, where Odin had left Thor's hammer in the enchanted form of a wooden cane. Trapped in the cavern by a great boulder, Blake struck the boulder with the cane in frustrated anger, and was transformed back into his true godly form of Thor. As Thor he escaped the cavern and drove off the Kronans.
